We’re looking for a Project Delivery Engineer to join our team, based in Madrid, taking ownership of the preparation and installation phases of technical delivery for new and existing customers within our student and residential customer base.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing, configuring and delivering LAN and wireless network installations
- Ordering and managing site equipment in line with project budgets and timelines
- Configuring network equipment in line with design documentation
- Provisioning LAN infrastructure using Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP)
- Creating and maintaining work packs and plans of work for installations
- Providing remote technical support to on-site engineers during installs
- Producing clear documentation to support ongoing customer support
- Supporting third-party system provisioning (e.g. CCTV, door access systems)
- Troubleshooting wireless access points, switches, Linux and RouterOS systems
- Keeping project stakeholders informed of delivery progress and milestones
- Assisting Support teams with complex customer issues when required
- Managing configuration deadlines to ensure equipment is ready for shipment
- Experience in networking or ISP environments, supported by relevant qualifications or hands-on experience
- A solid understanding of LAN, WAN and wireless technologies
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, switching infrastruc
