Job Description Summary: As Sales Development Manager you will be dedicated to ensuring value delivery and sales development of Medication Preparation Solutions in Iberia market. This role involves direct reporting to the Country Business Leader while working hand in hand with the sales team and plays a pivotal role in shaping the customer engagement strategy, driving long-term adoption of Medication Preparation portfolio and ensuring business expected growth and customers satisfaction.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for strategy implementation, value delivery and sales development of Med Prep Solutions in Iberia market.
- Participates in cross-functional-business programs and resources to deliver customer value, satisfaction, and transformational outcomes.
- Contributes to the Hub Strategy and to differentiate our value offering.
- Manages the commercialization strategy, in line with the Country and EMEA strategy.
- Drives and leads Med Prep business development to achieve and exceed expectations.
- Deployment countrywide to identify,



develop and manage sales opportunities.
- Contributes to Commercial Excellence through SFDC pipeline management, win room and tender management.
- Develops appropriate understanding of customer needs through ongoing interaction with key accounts and key customers.
- Establishes solid relationships with key customers, key stakeholders, key opinion leaders and trade associations.
- Works closely with marketing and commercial teams to ensure coordinated execution of marketing plans and support for Medical Delivery Solutions.
- Represents the company at the C-Suite level conversations.

About you:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Pharmacy. Post-grade MBA/Commercial studies
- Proven senior experience in selling Medical Devices in Hospital Pharmacy
- Established business planning and forecasting experience
- Strong business acumen in understanding Hospital Pharmacy and Oncology Medicine processes and pathways
