The Global Safety Administrative provides administrative, coordination, reporting, and project support to the Global Safety Manager to ensure the successful execution of BQ's global safety strategy. This role serves as a central point of coordination between regions, supporting safety programs, reporting processes, training administration, system management, documentation, audits, and communication initiatives.

The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams worldwide.

Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Global Safety Program Coordination
- Support the implementation and follow-up of global safety initiatives across all BQ regions.




- Coordinate communications and follow-up activities related to integral safety projects.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and action plans.
- Consolidate regional updates and provide progress reports to the Global Safety Manager.
- Monitor completion of assigned safety initiatives.
- Maintain a global safety calendar to track key deliverables, audits, campaigns, training sessions, self-assessments, and regional deadlines.

2. Safety Reporting & Analytics
- Collect, validate, and consolidate regional safety data.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual safety reporting processes.
- Maintain dashboards and KPI reports related to:
- Total Recordable Incidents
- Lost Time Incidents

3. Safety Systems Administration
- Serve as administrator and coordinator for global safety platforms and reporting tools.
