We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Validation Manager to join our organisation in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. In this pivotal role,



you will lead validation initiatives and oversee the quality assurance of our SAP S4 HANA systems, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage validation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop and implement comprehensive validation strategies and testing methodologies specifically tailored for SAP S4 HANA environments, staying abreast of system updates and industry developments.
- Oversee and mentor a team of validation specialists and quality assurance professionals, providing guidance on validation best practices and supporting their career progression. Analyse system configurations, data integrity, and process flows to identify gaps; conduct thorough root cause analysis on validation failures and implement corrective actions.
