In this role you will:

- Lead the implementation of the learning strategy aligned with organisational goals.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programmes.
- Partner with regional and functional leaders to tailor learning solutions to local needs
- Collaborate with HR, Talent, and Centers of Excellence to embed learning into broader talent strategies
- Consult with subject matter experts to ensure relevance and quality of content
- Encourage adoption of innovative learning solutions like virtual reality or gamification.
- Engage and support a global network of internal trainers and learning professionals
