Purpose of Role: The Head of Finance and Accounting is a highly visible leadership position responsible for managing the organization’s financial control environment and ensuring compliance with IFRS, Group Financial Guidelines and local Statutory Accounting and regulatory requirements across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

This role oversees end-to-end accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and holds accountability for working capital and balance sheet forecasting, Balance Sheet and treasury management, and intercompany processes to maintain financial integrity.
