As a MARKETING COORDINATOR, you will be responsible for the Marketing activities for Iberia (Spain and Portugal) supporting the Retail channel to ensure the execution and implementation of the overall EMEA Marketing strategy with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand equity.

What makes up your day

In this role, you will:
- Develop a local marketing plan for the IBERIA Region in coordination with the Business Director and Area Managers ensuring the involvement of Corporate Marketing functions (Events, PR) by keeping actively up to date in order to maximize the possibility of setting up partnerships to drive clientele to our points of sales.
- Establish and develop collaborations with key local partners,



including influencers and influential people, to drive footfall and business to the points of sale and being the point of contact for all marketing matters.
- Manage and follow up on all specific activities related to the partnership with Real Madrid.:
- Design personalized and exclusive experiences for our customers, in alignment with EMEA Region business priorities and Marketing plan.
- Ensure the coordination and execution of local events in collaboration with HQ Departments.
- Nurture the relationships with acquired contacts and build a high profiled client base in order to ensure long term results.
- Manage the customer database for Iberia with analysis, distribution and tracking of results, supporting Stores in nurturing and cultivating delighting strategies.
- Spread the clientelling culture acting as a role model both with internal staff (retail managers and store staff) and external contacts.
