*:What You Will Do:
- Translate business objectives into digital media direct response program strategies inclusive of target audience and notification strategies, campaign goals and important metrics, creative formats, and learning agenda
- Develop creative briefs that align with the business and campaign strategy
- Collaborate with creative partners to develop display assets (banner, video, social, native, etc.) that will achieve business objectives and align with media launch timelines
- Lead campaign performance and insights communications, reports,



and summaries to ensure objectives are met
- Analyze performance of creative concepts and formats as well as target audiences to iterate and improve direct response performance

Your Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of demonstrated strategic plan capabilities in digital advertising
- Experience planning on major digital media platforms such as Google, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok; heavy focus on direct response campaign planning, analysis and best-practices in these platforms.
- Experience working with HTML5, digital video, paid social, native, and dynamic content.
- Solid understanding of digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
