Job Description: General Manager - A Biotech Company

Job Summary:
As the GENERAL MANAGER of the biotech company, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of the organization. Your role will involve setting company goals, developing and implementing business strategies, overseeing operations, and ensuring the company's continued growth through developing international market. Furthermore, you will be responsible for fostering innovation, driving profitability, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, employees, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and articulate a compelling vision and mission for the company to ensure continued success.
- Identify key market trends and opportunities and steer the organization in alignment with these factors.
- Set strategic goals and objectives to drive the company's growth and profitability.

2. Business Development:
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners, clients,



suppliers, and investors to optimize revenue potential.
- Collaborate with the executive team to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and licensing agreements.
- Drive the expansion into new markets, both domestically and internationally.

3. Financial Performance:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
- Monitor key financial metrics, review financial reports, and take appropriate actions to optimize financial performance.

4. Operations Management:
- Provide effective leadership to the executive team and ensure the organization is properly structured to support the company's goals.
