Wellness Head Department - Boho Club, MarbellaBoho Club is a 40 - room luxury boutique hotel on the Golden Mile, one of Marbella's most celebrated addresses. We sit at the intersection of laid - back luxury and genuine Mediterranean soul: a place where design meets warmth, where mornings start slowly and intentionally, and where wellness is not a amenity, it's a feeling that runs through everything we do. Our wellness offering is growing. We have the foundations in place, spa treatments, fitness, yoga and now we need the person who will turn them into something guests talk about long after they've checked out. THE ROLEWe're looking for a Wellness Manager who believes that real wellbeing goes beyond a massage and a green juice.



This is a hands on, creative, and commercially aware role. You'll own the full wellness experience at Boho Club, the spa, the fitness and yoga programming, and the guest wellness journey from arrival to departure. You'll report directly to the Hotel Manager and work closely with F& B, Front Office, and external practitioners to make wellness feel seamlessly woven into the Boho experience never bolted on.
