Santander Back-Offices Globales Mayoristas (SBGM) is looking for a Late Shift Operations Analyst, based in our Ciudad Financiera (Boadilla del Monte) office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As an Operations Analyst,



you will be responsible for management and the timely settlement of security trades (Fixed Income and Equities). The role is client/broker/internal stakeholders facing and offers many opportunities for career advancement. This is a highly dynamic role in a fast-paced environment where the manager and their team are required to adapt to the changing needs of our clients and the business.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- To be a reference in a team in charge of timely settlement of all securities transactions (fixed income and equities) across global markets in accordance with the various settlement and funding deadlines.
- Identify, analyze and resolve issues and problems throughout trade life cycle, in a timely manner.
- Deal with clients directly to resolve trade issues and/or escalates as required.
- Provide support and deliver operational processes to ensure timely and accurate processing of securities and trade transact
