A bit of context

As a Talent Management Intern, you will be part of the Global Talent Management Center of Expertise (CoE). The CoE is the R&D; arm of HR, designing and implementing talent processes based on business needs and industry best practices (how cool is that?). Once designed and ready to go, the CoE provides the tools and resources to the Human Resources Business Partners, who then implement the processes together with their business leaders.

As part of the Europe and Asia team, you will have the opportunity to gain practical Talent Management work experience in a dynamic and changing business environment which is rapidly adapting to the newest trends and ways of working.



As a full-time paid intern (we are flexible on the hours when you need to combine it with your studies), you will be engaged in a variety of projects, and responsible for driving change and making a positive impact in the organization.

That’s the reason why we are looking for someone with a fresh mindset and perspective, with positive energy, who wants to continue gaining experience in a global business environment within a leading company in the Agribusiness and Food industry.

Gain practical Talent Management experience by
- Supporting the design, development and implementation of Global Talent Management and Employee Engagement programs and solutions including leadership and employee development, performance management, career management and early talent and organizational development.
- Supporting other learning and development proces
