IT TRAINEE:
Position based in: Barcelona
We are looking for a part-time student to join the Local IT Support team located in the Barcelona office. In this role, you will support ADP users in an international environment as part of a global team.
As part of the team your main tasks will be:
- Support in the resolution of incidents and assistance requests from users. Work with the ticketing system.
- Provide support to new hires.
- Solving level 1&2 IT problems: user computers, printers, mobile phones, other hardware and basic network troubleshooting.
- Keep computer systems running and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
- Set up computers with Microsoft Windows and macOS environments.
- Participate in the setup and equipment deployment.
- Assist in ensuring that all devices follow ADP security compliance.
- Meeting room local support. Mainly Cisco devices.
- Manage stock equipment and other supplies.
- Create guides and share knowledge with other team members.
- Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
We are searching for someone enthusiastic about learning to work in a large company in an international environment. With a good sense of customer service, interpersonal skills, reactivity, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements:
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365. Knowledge of macOS is a plus.
- Good sense of customer service.
- English and Spanish speaker.
