JOB DESCRIPTION:




The Business Analyst will be supporting the development of Beyond the Bed’s business performance monitoring. They will be responsible for the evolution of KPIs and dashboards to generate insights into performance. They will play a key role in strategic project & initiative definition and roll out, keeping the pressure on initiative owners and coaches them when necessary. To do this well, they will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to digest complex information and create clear takeaway.
