Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the buying and design strategy for the collection, ensuring alignment with brand identity and commercial objectives.
- Manage direct relationships with international suppliers, primarily in Asia, including travel for factory visits, product development follow-up, and quality control.
- Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, including pricing, MOQs, lead times, and quality standards, ensuring margin optimization.
- Analyze trends, sales performance, and customer behavior to define assortment, volumes, and pricing strategy.
- Coordinate the full product development cycle, from design concept to in-store delivery.
- Manage the buying budget and ensure profitability targets are met.
