At Timestamp, we are looking for an AP FI Coordinator / IT Change Manager to oversee multiple SAP initiatives, including ongoing implementations and Change Request streams, ensuring alignment across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple SAP implementations and Change Request (CR) streams simultaneously.
- Manage and track IT Service Provider (ITSP) Change Requests across different projects.
- Act as the central point of contact between Business, Developers, SAP Basis, and external vendors.
- Ensure clear communication, alignment, and prioritization across all stakeholders.
- Oversee timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Identify risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
- Support governance processes and ensure compliance with internal standards.





Key Requirements:
- Strong background in SAP FI or broader SAP functional areas.
- Proven experience in coordination, project management, or delivery oversight roles.
- Experience managing multiple parallel CRs and implementation activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in complex, cross-functional environments.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with JTI environments (preferred to accelerate onboarding).
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or hybrid delivery models.
- Previous exposure to integral SAP programs or rollouts.
