Salary and Benefits:
- €21,500 per year
- Up to €1500 performance bonus
- Signing bonus worth €1500
- 39 hours per week onsite in the office near Malaga
Relocation Support
- €200 to cover the cost of travel to Malaga
- Up to €1200 paid to support with housing
Responsibilities:
- Assist people with their holiday plans and hotel bookings
- Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
- Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information
Requirements:
- Speak C1+ level German and B2 level English
- Have the right to live and work in Portugal or the EU
Pay: From 21,500.00€ per year
