Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
- Velar por la Seguridad, identificando riesgos, vigilancia de cumplimiento y gestión de incidentes/accidentes.
- Velar por la Calidad del trabajo realizado en las líneas, trabajando en generar la calidad (Right First Time)
- Supervisión de la ejecución de la Planificación de Producción en las Secciones y Líneas de Fabricación (según demanda) y Acondicionamiento en el turno de noche, velando por cumplimiento e impulsando y gestionando los recursos para obtener un rendimiento óptimo.
- Resolución de incidencias y desviaciones dentro del ámbito de su responsabilidad, reportando según establecido, y participando de forma inmediata en la resolución y detección dela causa raíz.
