Quality Engineer - Integrated Management System
Position Purpose
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Maintain, develop, and continuously improve the organization's Integrated Management System.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, corporate, customer, and industry requirements.
- Manage and update procedures, work instructions, specifications, and quality records.
- Coordinate management system reviews, performance indicators, and improvement initiatives.
- Promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Change Management
- Lead the Change Management process for modifications affecting products, processes, raw materials, suppliers, equipment, facilities, and systems.
- Assess quality, regulatory, operational, and business risks associated with proposed changes.
- Coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals required for change implementation.
- Ensure all documentation, training, validations, and approvals are completed prior to implementation.
- Monitor and verify the effectiveness of implemented changes through performance indicators and follow-up activities.
EDANA and EUDR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable EDANA standards and requirements.
- Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) requirements.
- Manage due diligence, traceability, and sustainability-related documentation and processes.
- Support internal and external audits related to sustainability, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory expectations.
