Elopak has a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Project Engineer to join one of the most reputable and environmentally friendly companies within the packaging industry. This role combines engineering expertise with strong customer-facing and commercial abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Engineering & Technical Tasks
- Develop detailed AutoCAD layouts for complete production lines and packaging solutions.
- Conduct accurate cost calculations, prepare quotations, and evaluate project feasibility.
- Prepare technical documentation, machine specifications, and project proposals.
- Collaborate with R&D;, production, and service teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Customer Interaction & Sales Support
- Participate in customer visits, technical meetings, and plant surveys.
- Present layouts, technical solutions and commercial proposals clearly and professionally.
- Support the sales team by translating customer needs into optimized technical solutions.
- Assist in negotiations by explaining project scope,



benefits, and value drivers.

Commercial Competencies
- Actively identify upselling or optimization opportunities during project discussions.
- Analyze customer workflows and highlight the business value of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to define winning strategies for key accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical or similar). Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 3 year experience in Food Industry, Food grade packaging or equivalent.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- High skills in communication with customers.
- English and Spanish is fluency required. French is plus.
- Availability to travel.
