About the Role and the Team
- This is a global role within Adform’s Marketing & Communications team, based in Madridand working closely with more than 20 international markets. The role exists to bridge global strategy with local execution, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact across campaigns, events, PR activities, and content. You will work in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment where priorities shift quickly and autonomy is encouraged.
You will report directly to the Senior Global Marcom Manager and collaborate closely with Global Marketing leadership, Product Marketing, Design, local market teams, and external partners. The role involves constant interaction with stakeholders across regions and cultures, requiring strong communication and coordination skills. You will join a close‑knit, supportive team that values trust, flexibility, and mutual support, while maintaining a high performance bar.

- Lead and execute cross‑market marketing and communications projects aligned with integral strategy
- Act as the key link between global marketing and local market teams
- Support and oversee local events, sponsorships, PR activities, and campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across messaging, storytelling, and visual identity
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Product Marketing, Sales) and external vendors
- Evaluate local marketing initiatives based on impact and ROI
- Manage and track global and local marketing budgets and costs
