Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients regarding complex logistics and shipment delivery queries.
Monitor end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
Resolve logistical disruptions, including shipment delays or delivery exceptions,



with proactive communication.
Collaborate with international warehouse and transport teams to streamline delivery workflows.
Maintain accurate records of delivery statuses and logistical documentation in our centralized tracking system.
Provide insightful updates to stakeholders within the Logistics & Supply Chain sector to optimize service efficiency.
Deliver professional, high-quality service tailored to the specific needs of our French market partners.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate international employment.
Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or customer operations environment is highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate fast-paced supply chain environments.
Strong proficiency in digital tools and CRM software commonly used in the logistics industry.
