Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level support to users of a leading digital financial ecosystem.
Ensure secure and efficient navigation of complex online payment processing systems.
Identify and resolve technical or transactional inquiries with a focus on FinTech compliance standards.
Maintain clear and professional communication with French-speaking clients across all platforms.




Collaborate with international teams to optimize customer experience and platform security.
Stay updated on the latest financial trends and regulatory updates relevant to the payment industry.
Report and document platform feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvements.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong interest in the FinTech industry and digital financial trends.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to thrive in an on-site professional environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Previous experience in customer support or financial services is considered an advantage for this French-speaking job.
