To support our ongoing growth, we are now looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team at our Madrid site (formerly Exeltainer).

Job Description and Responsibility:
The Supply Chain Manager oversees activities related to Purchasing, Supplier Management, Production Planning, and Inventory Management, as well as logistics coordination and transportation, in order to ensure that materials and supplies are available in a timely and cost-effective manner to meet the company’s changing product demand levels. The role also participates in the development and implementation of international sourcing strategies.
- Manage activities related to purchasing, materials planning, inventory control, warehousing and receiving,



as well as transportation and logistics.
- Establish and maintain appropriate inventory levels to support customer service goals while minimizing inventory investment at assigned sites.
- Develop master production schedules and material plans based on sales forecasts and historical data.
- Support and/or lead supplier contract and pricing negotiations, selecting the best suppliers and ensuring optimal pricing and quality of raw materials.
- Manage transportation operations.
- Support and manage major sourcing events (RFPs) for key materials.
- Lead material cost reduction initiatives.
- Evaluate, select, and monitor suppliers in collaboration with the Quality and Engineering departments.
- Generate material cost estimates for new and custom products.
- Develop and manage material plans for new products during launch and production ramp-up.
- Maintain accurate material costs within the system.
