- The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations during their assigned shift, ensuring performance, productivity, and quality targets are met.
- This role manages a team of Team Leaders, driving operational excellence, team engagement, and continuous improvement across all processes.

uD83CuDFAF TASKS:
Operations Management
- Ensure the correct execution of all operational processes during the shift (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, etc.)- Monitor KPIs (productivity, quality, service level, safety) and take corrective actions when needed
- Guarantee adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Team Leadership
- Manage, coach,



and develop a team of Team Leaders- Provide clear direction, priorities, and expectations at the beginning of each shift- Conduct regular performance follow-ups and feedback sessions
- Support Team Leaders in managing their teams effectively

Planning & Coordination
- Align workforce planning with operational needs and volume forecasts- Ensure proper resource allocation across different areas
- Coordinate with other departments (HR, Planning, Quality, Maintenance)

Continuous Improvement
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives (LEAN mindset)
- Support implementation of new processes, tools, and best practices

Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Promote a safety-first culture and address any risks immediately

Reporting
- Provide shift reports including performance analysis, incidents, and action plans
