Key requirements:
- Knowledge of cycling
- Customer service experience
- Fluent level of English

- Other languages (German, French, etc.
- Passion for cycling, both road and mountain

What will your working hours be?
- Full-time position
- Versátil schedule from Monday to Sunday with two days off per week
- Morning, afternoon, or split shifts depending on the season (high or low) and operational needs

What salary do we offer?
- Gross salary range: According to the current Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Additional compensation: Bonuses and incentives based on sales and objectives

What will your duties be?
- Customer service, providing a friendly, professional, and personalized experience
- Managing rental bookings: organizing, processing, and following up on reservations
- Inventory control and management, ensuring stock availability and order
- Stocking and product replenishment in the store
- Typical store department tasks
