About the Role:




We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Health Care Assistant (Auxiliar de enfermeria-TCAE) to join the Sierra Recovery team on a full time basis. As a Health Care Assistant you will work closely with nurses, therapists, and support workers to provide high-quality care and support to patients dealing with substance use disorders. Your role will be vital in helping clients maintain their health, dignity, and independence while they engage in treatment. As a Health Care Assistant you will be supported by a nurse on duty.

This is a full-time position
- five days a week, including one day of the weekend.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily personal care needs (e.g., hygiene, dressing, and mobility).

Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to clinical staff.
