As Breakfast Manager, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and integral sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.

_ Duties and Responsibilities_

In this role, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Breakfast (Restaurant) service to provide exceptional products and services within Six Senses brand operating standards and budget.

I will work strategically with the EAM F&B; Director and Assistant F&B; Director to develop cohesive and productive goals for the department and establish procedures to achieve them. I will support overall consistency of Six Senses vision,



quality standards and develop concepts aligned with brand identity.

My scope of work includes:
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in breakfast and wellness cuisine, continuously improving the product and service offering.
- Focus on elevating and rejuvenating the breakfast experience in line with Six Senses wellness philosophy.
- Ensure products and services are constantly assessed and reviewed to remain relevant, innovative and aligned with sustainability practices.
- Maintain a strong physical presence during breakfast service to ensure rigorous adherence to LQA standards.
- Be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest breakfast experience.
- Effectively handle service recovery or guide hosts to do so in case of guest feedback or complaints.
