Valuat is looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to take ownership of our revenue growth and drive our European expansion. We are the leading platform in our sector in Spain, currently scaling across Italy, Portugal, and Luxembourg.
This is not a transactional sales role. You will step into a strategic position, inheriting an advanced, highly qualified pipeline from day one, with the autonomy to shape pricing, proposals, and our enterprise closing process.
What You’ll Do
Drive Complex Sales Cycles: Lead 6-12 month enterprise sales cycles, navigating multiple stakeholders, compliance requirements, and security processes from initial discovery to final closing.
Shape Strategy & Proposals: Take full ownership of building modular proposals, structuring pricing, and managing contract negotiations.
Expand the Market: Drive our European expansion strategy and actively develop our partner channel to accelerate regional growth.
Master Social Selling:



Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and targeted messaging sequences to identify and engage key decision-makers (no paid ads or brand marketing required).
Leverage AI & Automation: Use the Claude ecosystem and automation tools (Zapier, Make) to draft highly tailored proposals, synthesize meeting insights, manage the CRM, and accelerate sales velocity.
Manage Pipeline: Nurture inbound leads while strategically operating our outbound engine to continuously build on your inherited pipeline.
What You Bring to the Table
Enterprise Track Record: Proven experience closing complex, high-value B2B deals.
Fast Learner & Technical Aptitude: The ability to quickly grasp a highly technical sector is a strict must. Experience in Private Markets, fund administration, or regulated environments (CNMV, AIFM) is incredibly valuable.
Languages: Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory. Proficiency in Italian or French is a massive plus for our expansion goals.
