IT Support Specialist Required in Barberà del Vallès, Spain

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Service Request Management (ITSR) support, including analysis, investigation, and resolution of tickets and service requests using ServiceNow.
- Work efficiently with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow to log, track, and resolve incidents.
- Provide operational support for meeting room Audio-Visual (AV) and video conferencing hardware.
- Manage IT assets, including desktops, laptops, iPads, Surface devices, MacBooks, tablets, docking stations, monitors, keyboards, mice, wired/wireless headsets, and other IT accessories.
- Handle mobile device support, including Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Manage and support Microsoft Teams, softphones, and Polycom phone systems.
- Assist with Windows Server and Active Directory configuration and management.
- Work with SCCM for system configuration, deployment, and device management.

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITSR processes and best practices.




- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Solid understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, and enterprise communication tools.
- Experience with AV/VC systems and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical issues efficiently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
