This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Owner (Application Experience) based in Spain.
This is a high-ownership product leadership role focused on transforming an existing AI-powered prototype into a reliable, user-facing product.
You will own the full journey from product vision and MVP definition through launch, scaling, and ongoing operation.
The role combines product management, AI quality, operational excellence, and team building in a strategically important product area.
You will define how AI and human intervention work together while establishing measurable standards for quality, efficiency, coverage, and user trust.
You will also build the monitoring, support, escalation, and operating processes needed to keep the product dependable in production.
Starting with a lean setup, you will shape and grow the engineering and operational team required to support the product as it scales.

Accountabilities:
Own the product end-to-end, taking an existing prototype through MVP definition, launch, scale, and development into a revenue-generating premium product.
Define the product vision and translate it into a structured roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on user needs, business impact, and measurable outcomes.
Build and maintain a high-quality product backlog covering epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and iterative releases.
Design the human-in-the-loop experience, determining where AI can operate autonomously and where human review or intervention is required.
Establish measurable success criteria covering product quality, coverage, operational efficiency, user trust, and other relevant performance indicators.
