Your role
As a Staff Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving daily meals for hotel employees, ensuring quality, consistency, hygiene, and efficiency in line with the company’s standards. Your mission is to create balanced, satisfying, and well-organized staff meals while supporting the smooth operation of the employee dining kitchen.
What you will do:
• Prepare and cook daily meals for employees according to established menus and operational needs
• Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and proper portioning standards
• Organize and prepare mise en place before each service
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP) at all times
• Properly store and label food products and ingredients




• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs when necessary
• Minimize waste through proper use of ingredients and portion control
• Ensure employee dining areas and kitchen stations remain clean and organized
• Support the receiving and storage of goods and supplies
• Properly use kitchen equipment, utensils, and machinery
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient daily operations
• Adapt menus and preparations according to operational requirements and staff needs
• Perform any additional duties consistent with the role as assigned by Management
• Collaborate flexibly with operational, strategic, or organizational needs
• Contribute actively to the development of the project during pre-opening, growth, and consolidation phases
