We are seeking a results-oriented professional with experience in business development, B2B sales, and strategic partnerships within the higher education sector, who can manage the commercial process from prospecting and negotiation to contract execution and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
Identify and develop new business opportunities with educational institutions, government entities, and private companies.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.




Represent the University at events, conferences, and industry activities.
B2B Sales & Negotiation
Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting through closing and post-sale follow-up.
Develop customized commercial proposals based on client needs.
Negotiate and formalize strategic agreements and partnerships.
Project & Account Management
Coordinate the implementation of educational projects with internal teams and external partners.
Monitor active partnerships and contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and achievement of agreed objectives.
Market Analysis & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing on strategic commercial initiatives.
Monitor business development KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
