About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Influencer & Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our expansion in the Spanish market.

This role is idóneo for a results-driven professional who is eager to manage complex external partnerships and drive user acquisition while maintaining a high-impact, operational mindset across all performance marketing channels. You will join a high-performance team where you will be expected to manage everything from strategic negotiations to technical troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:
Influencer and Affiliates Marketing:
- Primary focus will be defining, optimizing and executing our Affiliate and Influencer marketing strategy, ensuring total alignment with our business goals and local market nuances.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Spanish Affiliate and Influencer network, including pipeline building, relationship management, negotiation,



and performance optimization.
- Conduct data-driven research and analysis to support decision-making and provide the insights needed to scale channel performance. This includes deep dive analysis on acquisition rates, costs, profitability, product penetration and long term retention,
- Own the reporting of channel performance, key insights, and strategic plans during weekly and monthly growth steering meetings.
- Help define and improve marketing processes related to partnership tracking, attribution, and payout/budgeting for the Spanish market.
- Ensure content compliance and internal rules and controls processing.

Growth Marketing
- Identify and execute ad-hoc growth initiatives to drive user and revenue growth.
- Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns with strategic business partners to expand reach and acquire new audiences.
