About the Job Position

iPronics is seeking a Sales Operations & Administration Specialist to support the growing commercial activities of the company across AI infrastructure, telecommunications, and strategic customer engagements. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who combines strong operational capabilities with excellent coordination and communication skills.
You will work closely with Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive teams to ensure efficient execution of commercial activities, maintain high-quality customer and partner engagement processes, and provide operational support for the company's integral growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Sales Operations & CRM Management
Maintain and improve CRM data quality, customer records, and sales opportunities.
Support opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and commercial reporting activities.
Coordinate quotation, contract, and commercial documentation processes.
Generate sales and business development reports required by management.




Ensure data consistency and operational excellence across commercial tools and systems.
2. Business Development & Customer Engagement Support
Support Business Development Managers in the execution of customer and partner engagement activities.
Coordinate customer meetings, follow-up actions, and executive interactions.
Manage invitations and attendee coordination for customer workshops, demonstrations, and strategic engagements.
Assist in preparing presentations, customer-facing materials, and commercial documentation.
Support international customer and partner communications across multiple regions.
3. Events & Commercial Operations
Coordinate logistics and planning activities for exhibitions, conferences, customer events, and executive visits.
Support lead management and post-event follow-up activities.
Collaborate with Marketing and external suppliers to ensure successful execution of commercial events.
