About the Role

Are you a B2B sales professional who enjoys outbound prospecting, building new business, and closing deals?

We are recruiting an Account Executive for the US market to join a growing international SaaS company in Madrid.

You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying and contacting prospective customers through negotiation and closing. This is a highly outbound role designed for someone who is comfortable generating their own opportunities and motivated by targets and commission.

Because you'll be selling into the US market, the position operates on US-aligned working hours from Madrid.

What You'll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing




- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Independently identify and generate new business opportunities
- Research prospective customers and identify their business needs
- Develop tailored sales strategies to win new business
- Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
- Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline
- Deliver reliable sales forecasts
- Build relationships with prospective customers in the US market
- Collaborate with an international sales team while independently managing your pipeline

Key Requirements
- C2/native-level English - required
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience involving cold calling
- Experience selling into the US market
- Comfortable working in a strictly outbound sales position
- Comfortable independently generating new business opportunities
- Strong communication, active
