What youll do - You will ensure all our guests feel they are treated as individuals and will want to return. - Leading and motivating a team of high-energy people who genuinely care about guest experience, helping to set goals, coach performance, and create a positive, inclusive environment. - Assist the FOM monitoring departmental costs and support the management of expenses in line with budget guidelines. - Ensure that all hotel standard operating procedures are trained and adhered to, also pro-actively identifying opportunities to improve and enhance processes and procedures. - Maintain strong communication and collaboration between front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B; teams. - Be confident and knowledgeable in all health and safety procedures and support their consistent implementation. - Act as part of the hotel crisis and fire response teams, ensuring familiarity with all relevant procedures. - Deliver consistently high levels of customer service to both guests and internal teams,



helping to build strong relationships with suppliers and contractors. - Support the sales and events team with site inspections and maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities. - Step in to lead shifts and manage the front office operation in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
