As we build our new in-house Service & Repair Customer Care organization, we are looking for Customer Care Representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

This is more than a traditional customer service role. You will become a trusted partner for customers, helping ensure that medical devices are repaired,



maintained, and returned to service as quickly and efficiently as possible. Your work will directly support healthcare providers and ultimately contribute to patient care.

Whether you're starting your career, bringing experience from another field, or already an experienced customer care professional, we're looking for people with a customer-first mindset, curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn and grow.
What you'll be doing
No two days are the same, but as a Customer Care Representative within Service & Repair, you will:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service and repair journey
Manage service requests, quotations, orders and follow-up activities to ensure outstanding customer experience
Collaborate closely with service engineers, repair centers, logistics teams and other internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues
Handle customer escala
