About the role
Own the CRM architecture and automation layer that powers Amenitiz’s commercial engine, from lead routing and lifecycle stages to the workflows and integrations that turn HubSpot into a scalable, reliable system for Sales, Customer Success, and the wider GTM org across our four markets.
This role goes beyond CRM administration or ticket triage. It focuses on architecting the CRM data model, designing automation, including AI-powered workflows that remove manual work and keep data accurate, and partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Data to make sure the funnel runs efficiently end-to-end.
Your mission
CRM Architecture & Governance
Own CRM architecture and governance in HubSpot: lifecycle stages, custom objects, permissions, validation rules and system scalability.
Manage API integrations that connect HubSpot to the rest of the GTM stack, ensuring clean, reliable data flow.
Maintain data hygiene and accuracy across all four markets, so the CRM stays a single source of truth.
Set and enforce data standards,



naming conventions and access controls as the system scales.
Automation & Workflow Design
Design and implement automation, including AI-powered workflows, to eliminate repetitive tasks and improve funnel efficiency.
Build and maintain lead-scoring and routing logic so SDRs and AEs always work the highest-probability prospects first.
Continuously monitor and debug automations and workflows so revenue-critical processes remain reliable at scale.
Evaluate and implement new automation tools and integrations as needs evolve.
Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Enablement
Optimize end-to-end GTM workflows, including onboarding, Sales and Customer Success handoffs.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Data teams to identify friction, bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the funnel, and design automated fixes.
Document playbooks (CRM Playbook, GTM automation playbooks) and drive adoption across teams.
