Job Description

The chosen candidate will join the Corporate Development department and play a key role in supporting the Group's strategic growth agenda, both organic and inorganic. The role combines strategic analysis, financial modelling and business planning, helping senior management evaluate growth opportunities, capital allocation decisions and long-term value creation initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for developing complex financial analyses, business cases and investment evaluations, as well as preparing materials and presentations for the Group's Executive Committee and shareholders. The role will involve close collaboration with business leaders across the organisation to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans and measurable financial outcomes.

The position also offers exposure to selected M&A; and corporate finance projects, including valuation analysis, financial due diligence, transaction execution and financing initiatives. Working alongside senior management and external advisors,



the candidate will gain hands-on experience across the full investment and transaction lifecycle.

Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. The successful candidate will contribute to driving strategic decision-making and supporting the Group's continued growth and transformation.

Responsibilities

Investment analysis including building financial valuation models as well as business plans, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis and constructing business cases and financial impact analysis.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling as required to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
Assist in the development and update of Group's multi annual strategic business plan.
