YOUR ROLE:
As a Business Development Representative, your mission is simple: generate qualified opportunities and be the first voice that new customers hear. You'll work hand-in-hand with Account Executives, owning top-of-funnel activities and playing a key role in closing deals that matter.




Launch outbound outreach to e-commerce businesses across the Spanish market
Book qualified meetings for AEs by calling, emailing, and social selling
Understand each prospect's fulfilment needs and tailor your messaging accordingly
Collaborate with your manager to refine targeting and messaging
Consistently hit weekly/monthly activity and meeting targets
Share market learnings with Sales & Marketing to improve outreach efficiency
Requirements
Spanish (C2) + English (C1)
+6 months XP in Sale/BDR/Lead xiphteb Generation
Strong outbound mindset
Based in Barcelona
Curiosity, grit, and the desire to grow fast within a sales org
High education degree (Bachelor/Master)
Good to have:
XP in 3PL, logistics or e-commerce, in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable in working with AEs and Sales Managers
Excellent CRM hygiene and pipeline management habits
Degree in Logistics, BA or similar field
