Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through to offer negotiation and placement, in alignment with client requirements within the Recruitment & Staffing industry.
Proactively source high-calibre candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
Conduct professional candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate suitability, skills, and cultural fit for client vacancies.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a consistently premium recruitment experience.
