Who We Are
Beepings is a fast-growing IoT company helping people protect what they own — through GPS trackers sold across Europe via car shops, moto shops, and automotive retail networks. Our ambition is to become the go-to tracking brand across Europe and beyond. We're building the commercial team that will take us there — and the people joining now will grow with us.
The Role
Spain, Italy and Portugal are three of our biggest untapped opportunities. We're looking for the person to build them from the ground up — opening new shop accounts and growing a reseller base from near zero.
This is a
hunter role. Italy and Portugal are greenfield markets. Spain has a small existing base to reactivate. All three require someone who can build relationships with independent shop owners, move fast, and stay self-directed across multiple countries at once.
Full-time, on-site role based in our Barcelona office.
What You'll Be Doing




Independent reseller penetration — the core of the role
Qualify and convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns (ES + IT + PT)
Identify and prospect independent car and moto shops — with support from marketing
Open new accounts: pitch the product, secure first orders, establish reorder cadence
Maintain active reseller relationships: regular reorder calls, upsell, sell-out support
Ensure every active reseller is sorted — properly stocked, has materials, knows how to sell Beepings
Field agents — day-to-day support
Daily push: ensure agents are visiting shops, generating leads, supporting sell-out
Performance tracking — flag underperforming agents to Sales Manager early
Onboard new agents once recruited, help them get up to speed on product and process
