WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
3+ years of experience in Change Management, Project Management or Transformation initiatives, ideally within complex international organisations.
Proven experience leading change management activities for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementations or similar business transformation programmes.
Strong understanding of P2P processes, particularly across procurement, invoicing and supplier management.
Experience working with general and local stakeholders across different functions and countries.
Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to track deliverables,



actions, milestones and deadlines.
Experience managing change activities across multiple countries and locations.
Hands-on experience identifying resistance to change at an early stage and proactively addressing issues and challenges.
Proven experience contributing to or leading a change programme within a project environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and local business teams.
Excellent documentation, reporting and organisational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly for adapting training and communication materials to different audiences.
Ability to work with a high degree of independence, ownership and proactivity.
Previous experience with Coupa, SAP or PeopleSoft is considered a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and Agile mindset is a plus.
Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory
