We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Executive Office Manager to support senior management in the day-to-day running of the business by carrying out tasks of both an organizational and an operational nature and to manage all the organizational activities of our branch in Barcelona.
Responsibilities
This is a key role combining Executive Assistance, Office Management, Administration, and Compliance responsibilities.
Executive Assistance
Manage the General Manager’s agenda and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
Organize meetings, prepare supporting documentation and presentations, and draft minutes and reports.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries in collaboration with the dedicated travel support.
