What We Need




Love games? Love languages? As part of 2K’s Global Loc 2.0 initiative, we’re building a more embedded and quality-focused approach to localization—and LQA Analysts are at the heart of it. As an LQA Analyst I, you'll be among the first to experience our games in your native language and help shape how they resonate with players across the globe.
This is an entry-level role perfect for linguistically sharp, detail-oriented professionals looking to break into games or localization. You’ll test pre-release content for linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and UI functionality—while learning the tools, systems, and collaboration models that bring 2K’s integral experiences to life.
What You’ll Do
Execute test passes on localized builds to verify linguistic, functional, and visual accuracy
Identify and log localization bugs—ranging from translation issues to UI problems—using detailed, reproducible steps
