Job Responsibilities： Business Development & Key Account Management: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with core developers, IPPs (Independent Power Producers), and investment institutions across Europe (including but not limited to France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Poland). Independently manage the full sales cycle for large-scale PV projects (MW/GW level), from lead generation and technical clarification to contract negotiation and closing. Technical Pre-sales & Solution Design: Lead technical bidding documents (UPP projects) and contract reviews.



Provide expert consultation to customers by designing optimal PV system solutions (BOS/Balance of System) using software such as PVsyst and PVSOL . Ensure seamless alignment between modules, inverters, and mounting systems. Market Intelligence & Strategy: Continuously monitor European PV market trends, government policies (tariffs, subsidies), and competitor activities. Provide insightful market analysis reports and optimize pricing/sales strategies to mitigate risks and maximize profit margins. Sales Enablement: Conduct technical training for the internal and front-end sales teams. Develop standardized tools and documentation to improve bidding efficiency. Reporting & KPIs: Achieve monthly/annual sales targets, collection goals, and market expansion KPIs. Regularly report on project progress, wins/losses analysis, and customer feedback.
