Utopia designs and builds its properties in-house. Our team works across the full journey: from concept and architecture to construction, interiors, landscape, guest experience, and long-term operation. About The Role

Utopia operates across multiple entities and jurisdictions, and we're looking for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of financial controlling from the ground up. As Financial Controller, you'll build financial processes on the new projects, ensure the accuracy of accounting operations, and own timely reporting and financial controls across the business.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage accounting operations for several Utopia entities across different jurisdictions.
Build financial controlling processes from scratch where none currently exist, and refine them as the business grows.
Design, implement, and continuously improve internal financial control procedures.
Own monthly financial reporting across entities.
