Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with experience in the cycling and outdoor sector, a strong passion for active cycling, and an in-depth understanding of the market, brands, and industry dynamics. The adecuado candidate lives near Barcellona and will be based at our new MVC Iberia Showroom located in the Barcelona Moda Centre.
The role includes managing marketing activities for the Iberian market, coordinating with HQ, and overseeing digital platforms, content, and communication campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing strategy - Execute and implement the annual marketing plan for the Iberian cycling market for MVC Group brands.
Digital platforms management - Manage Shopify, WordPress, Meta Business Suite,



LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Content participation - Contribute to and participate in the development of brand-consistent content, including photos, videos, copy, and campaigns.
CRM operations - Use CRM tools such as HubSpot and/or Salesforce for campaigns, segmentation, and reporting.
Brand partnerships - Support projects with ambassadors, teams, events, and specialty retailers.
Product communication - Coordinate with HQ on collection launches, POP materials, newsletters, and presentations.
Market analysis - Monitor competitors, trends, opportunities, and performance KPIs.
Cross-functional alignment - Collaborate with Sales, Retail, HQ, and external agencies.
