This is not a traditional Customer Success role. Youll act as the strategic owner of a portfolio of e-commerce businesses, diagnosing performance, defining the commercial roadmap and driving execution through AI agents. Youll work directly with US-based clients, so fluent English (C1/C2) and strong client-facing communication skills are essential. Instead of dashboards, the company deploys a team of specialized AI agents that run brand operations end to end for Amazon sellers. Its heading into a defining stage of growth, and this is a high-ownership role right at the center of it. About the role Youll own a portfolio of client accounts end to end. The job has two equally important sides: delivering results for your clients, and helping build the processes that make those results repeatable at scale. You are not a project manager passing tickets around.




You read the data, form a view, and execute, and youll see your decisions reflected in client performance within days. What youll do * Strategy: For each client, design and own the roadmap. Analyze their market, products, price elasticity and advertising, and identify the levers to pull (volume, conversion, pricing, PPC) to define the strategy. This is the part AI will take longest to absorb, which is why analytical thinking matters most. * Execution: Direct the AI agents and support team to deliver on that strategy.
Monitor daily alerts, run weekly performance reviews, and decide what to pause, scale or change. * Scale: As the company grows, help design how Customer Success works: onboarding, cadence, escalation paths, and close the loop with Product to turn what you see on accounts into product improvements.
